Trades are the backbone of society – let’s support them!

Welcome to Skills Support Foundation

We are a non-profit that gives back to tradespeople. Our goal is simple: help students in trades programs get the tools and materials they need. This way, they can learn without worrying about costs. Trades like plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry keep our world running. We support career centers, colleges, and more to keep these skills alive.

What We Do at Skills Support Foundation

At Skills Support Foundation, your donations make a real difference. We use funds to support projects, materials, and tools for anyone in the trades. This helps build skills and create quality work without cost worries.

We fund hands-on projects like workshop builds or training events at career centers and colleges. We buy materials such as wood, pipes, wires, and safety gear. We provide tools like hammers, drills, saws, and more. All this ensures quality tradespeople have quality resources to produce top-notch work. It builds a better and brighter future for our communities.

How It Works

At Skills Support Foundation, we make supporting trades simple and direct. We go straight to schools, career centers, colleges, or tradespeople to see what they need. Then, we use the donations we get to get those tools and materials. We hand-deliver everything ourselves and ensure it’s used properly for their projects.

Step 1

Assess Needs

We visit schools, trades programs, or individual tradespeople to learn what tools or materials they want or need.

Step 2

Use Donations

Contributions fund quality items like hammers, drills, wood, pipes, or safety gear.

Step 3

Hand-Deliver

We personally deliver everything to make sure it arrives safely and goes right to the project.

Step 4

Ensure Proper Use

We follow up to confirm resources are used for quality work, building skills and a brighter future.
